4. We will quote you fair market prices or lower, and inform you of any processes or products that may save you expense.
5. We will make you aware of all financial resources (e.g. Medicare/Medicaid) available for your care.

When we visit your home:

1. We will schedule service calls within four-hour windows and call 15 minutes before our arrival.
2. We will always wear logo clothing; coverings on our shoes; and wear masks as specified by the CDC.
3. All service people visiting you are fully vetted.
4. At the end of each workday, we will leave your home and grounds, orderly and clean.
5. If we make a mistake, we will let you know and correct the fault at our expense.
6. We are very careful that your pet(s) are treated well and not allowed to escape your property.
