Certification Requirements

All businesses in the DwellAssured-Certified Service Provider Network must complete our two-step certification process in order to receive leads. This ensures our clients get the best service, solutions, and expertise—every time. Apply now to begin your certification process. It’s FREE to join!

Step 1: Documentation Review

Although the review process varies by service provider category, you will typically be required to submit proof of the following items:

  • Professional and state licenses
  • Insurance
  • Professional organization memberships
  • Background checks for all employees who will be serving DwellAssured clients

DwellAssured will also perform a routine legal check to investigate any formal complaints, judgements, or lawsuits levied against the business.

Step 2: Personal Interview

After your documentation review is approved, DwellAssured will schedule a personal interview to confirm that your business will:

  • Complete quality work in your area of specialization
  • Align with the DwellAssured vision of providing quality, affordable, and fair solutions for older adults
  • Guide clients through the process of meeting their service need
  • Agree to uphold the DwellAssured Client Bill of Rights
